I walked into Belleville Dodge with low expectations after visiting three other dealerships where the quality was horrible, and the prices were outrageous. I was starting to feel like finding the right car in my budget was impossible—until I came here.
From the moment I arrived, Matthew Whiting made the experience completely different. He listened to my needs, showed me a great car that fit my budget, and never once pressured me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. The quality of the vehicles here was far superior to what I had seen elsewhere.
When it came to financing, Deacon Waterson was fantastic. He walked me through my options with transparency, ensuring I got the best deal possible without any surprises.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a vehicle. The salesperson I dealt with was named Naman. He was super transparent with the vehicle, didn't hide anything, and was very easy to deal with. Lori the finance person was also a standout reason as to making my experience 5/5 stars. A lot of the time car dealerships get a bad rep, my experience with this dealer ship was very positive.

This was the only dealership in the area willing to help me get a value on my trade in with a big claim on it when every other dealership told me they couldn't take my truck as a trade in. They put my truck up on the auction and actually got me more money than I owed!
My husband and I recently bought a 2022 Kia Carnival from Belleville Chrysler. Matt was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for, what was important to us, and reviewed what options may fit the bill both with what they had on site and not. Matt helped source all the information we needed to feel confident in our final decision, was very patient in the process. He made us feel like his greatest priority was helping us find the right option for us.
